*Please note:* There is a locked-off room on the side of the house for owner storage and stays. Additionally, the laundry area may be shared, but everything is carefully arranged to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, pool towels and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
