The dining table is in front of the large floor to ceiling windows that look out on to the deck, the deck is accessed through sliding doors. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave and dishwasher, there is a second deck off the kitchen that has the Bbq and outdoor setting and views to Churchill Island.
You will find the main bedroom with ensuite on this level.
Downstairs are the remaining bedrooms and family bathroom, along with the well equipped laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Step down a couple of steps into the second living area with a second Tv.
There is ample off street parking with room in the open garage for two cars and the property is fully fenced. There is a nice grassy area at the rear and a third deck.
