About the home
“Bayview Unit” is a delightful cottage in Surf Beach just a comfortable walk from the beach and local general store/bottle-O, and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai or Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The unit has an open plan living area (with tv) with the kitchenette to one side. Both of the bedrooms have built in robes and share access to the central bathroom (with shower & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The covered deck (with some arm chairs, side table and bbq) provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy the outdoors and has delightful water views of the bay. Parking is provided down the side of the house for 1-2 cars (a small boat may fit in place of a car).
Kitchen
The kitchenette is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker and a fridge. Meal preparation is possible on the BBQ, microwave & in the slow cooker - please note that the home does not have an oven or cooktop.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the living room, and a ceiling fan in bedroom one.

Linen
