Positive: The aircon was good. The location was handy as it was near where we wanted to be. Street and neighbourhood quiet. Beds were comfortable. Accessing the keys was easy.

Negative: The house was not very clean. Many dead flies behind curtains, dirty cup in ensuite for toothbrushes, black hair on the floors, bin dirty and stained. The house needs some maintenance (e.g. the fan in the lounge room doesn’t work despite us buying new and correct batteries), damaged paint on walls, curtain hooks to hang them properly. Lack of fresh air as doors don’t have screens, so can’t open for ventilation. Bbq would’ve been great to have. Providing bed side lamps would be great, and bedside tables both sides of beds. Provide basics such as fly swat, whisk, can opener. Pillows very thin. Only one oven glove. Many mismatched crockery items. Garage very low, car couldn’t fit in the garage.
