My homely 2 bedroom cottage is located within walking distance to Lake Forbes in a very quiet part of town.
The near new cottage consists of two queen size beds for your comfort,and has a spacious bathroom consisting of roomy shower and modern vanity,with separate toilet.
The modern kitchen is self contained and has electric hotplates, dishwasher, cooking utensils, toaster,electric jug etc..fridge,microwave.
The lounge/kitchen area is open space with 4 seater kitchen table, two seater couch,and two lazy- boy armchairs to relax in after your travel and watch a little TV. There is also a comfy single, trundle bed
The cottage is serviced with 3 split systems for your individual comfort.
The cottage has full laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
The exterior has front and side porches with seating for your comfort,and has a carport and shady neat lawned areas.
Pets can be accommodated. Outside is a securely fenced yard and if the pets are housed trained they are welcome inside as long as they don't hop on the furniture and beds.
Please note that the cottage does NOT have WiFi as Telstra and the NBN refuse to acknowledge that there is a residence at 2 Regent Street. So I have given up the battle!
