Sitting high on level 45, where the Brisbane River bends and the hills meet the horizon, you’ll find our Ruri-an — the Hermitage of Ruri.
“Ruri” in Japanese speaks of glass, crystal & light — a beauty that glows pure and serene. Our one bedroom sky retreat glimmers like its namesake: shimmering views, tranquil pauses, and a stillness that lets you breathe above the city — From sunrise to twilight, time feels suspended, as if the sky itself were made of glass.
Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 and 7m of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.
Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.
While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
