Positive: This was a much better option than a hotel or onsite van and certainly much better value! Very clean, everything handy and the host was SO FRIENDLY and helpful when we needed some questions answered. There were great extras like tea, coffee, fresh milk, and snacks. Overall a fantastic place to stay. The only reason we didn't give this venue 10/10 was due to the TINY issues below. We will certainly book here again when we next travel to visit my family who lives here.

Negative: Not a big deal AT ALL, but the Netflix was logged out (we did let the host know and they did everything they could to get the password to us before we left) and the X-Box wasn't working (we think it may have been a cable break) so our teenage kids couldn't use them (shockingly they survived lol) and the bathroom door (a sliding door) didn't lock properly unless you really focused on locking it. It even jammed once when trying to unlock it, but we got it open. The walls are pretty thin, but this is more to do with when it was built, and nothing to do with the owner, but you could hear people in the next bedroom talking, so something to be aware of if travelling with friends. There was a little bit of road noise, because the property is at the front, near the road, but that's nothing really, but pointing it out for the review for others who may have an issue with those sorts of things. HOWEVER, these were MINOR things to us and would not stop us from booking here again. In fact, we plan to book there when we next visit family, because it was great.
