The Space:
Enter the apartment into a hallway that leads to a galley-style kitchen with tiled flooring, a 2-burner electric hotplate, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a medium-sized fridge. The kitchen then flows through to the living /dining area, featuring stylish herringboned floor boards, ducted reverse-cycle aircon and plantation shutters to control the light flow. A table folds up from the wall and can be used as a table for 2 people or a work station, while the coffee table also folds up to be used for working or dining while watching the large ‘Smart ‘ TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, bringing the sleeping capacity of the apartment to 4 people if needed.
You’ll find the bedroom off the entrance with more herringboned floorboards, a queen sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and large wardrobe. The apartment’s bathroom comes with a large shower recess, stylish tiling and a combined washing machine/dryer.

Suncorp Stadium and Street Beach are 25 minutes away on foot. Catch the ferry to Kangaroo Point for a beautiful sunset stroll, train to Fortitude Valley for upmarket cafes and boutique shopping or jump on the bus to West End for Brisbane’s best nightlife.
