Positive: Location, and apartment facilities, were great

Negative: I couldn't get the ID check system to recognise my license prior to arrival, which meant I hadn't got the check in instructions when I arrived. I also found the lock box a bit hard to find when I did get the instructions. However, the woman on the phone at madecomfy was very helpful and patient helping us sort this out
