Welcome to our brand-new, newly renovated home in Bateau Bay – 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living area/kitchen leading to an outdoor covered deck & landscaped garden, just minutes to the beach, shops & cafes.
We’re the new owners of this bright, spacious home, moving in after summer as we’re locked into our rental until April. Until then, we’d love to share it with visitors to the beautiful Central Coast. Make yourself at home in this family-friendly home away from home.
The space
Our property is a detached house on 556sqm of land, with 1 off-street parking space and ample parking on the street. Guests have access to the entire house consisting of 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms - one with en suite, a single room and a child's room that sleeps up to 2 children), 2 bathrooms, a large living area, dining area, kitchen and outdoor decking area with dining suite and a laundry room.
The property is child-friendly in that its fully fenced in, we have 2 bedrooms suitable for children (a loft bed in bedroom 3 and a king single and a trundle bed in bedroom 4
- upon request) up to 2 high chairs available and also a travel cot if required (all must be requested upon booking). We also have a stair gate at the top of the stairs for your peace of mind.
What we love about the indoor space is that its bright, spacious and open plan, bringing the whole family together in one area. The back garden & patio area is very serene, with an established, landscaped garden with native flora giving the feeling of privacy in the suburbs. We have an area to sit out the front to catch the rays from a different spot.
- Set in a quiet, family-friendly street in one of Bateau Bay’s most peaceful pockets, 30 Mermaid drive is close to stunning coastal walks through Wyrrabalong National Park, including the path to Crackneck Lookout, a favourite for whale watching in season.
- Minutes from beautiful Bateau Bay Beach, known for its rock pools, snorkelling and relaxed, uncrowded feel.
- A short drive to Terrigal and The Entrance, two of the Central Coast’s most popular dining and entertainment hubs.
- Easy access to local cafés, supermarkets, gyms and playgrounds, making it ideal for families and longer stays.

Other things to note
30 Mermaid Drive, Bateau Bay is ideally located — it’s just a short 4 minute drive to the nearest beach. You're also only around 10–15 minutes by car from Terrigal, about 10 minutes from The Entrance, and roughly 10-12 minutes from Crackneck Lookout. The area has coastal walking tracks through Wyrrabalong National Park linking the beach and headlands making it a great base for exploring the Central Coast.
The property is equipped with unobtrusive, non-monitored outdoor security cameras used solely in the event of a security issue. The area itself is extremely safe and peaceful.
