Quintessential Nova Scotia oceanfront property with private beach for swimming and kayaking, set in a quiet cove on a dead end road. Possibly the most relaxing place you'll ever experience! Friendly neighbours on one side, ocean and unbuilt land on the other for the best combo of privacy and community. Deep water anchor in the cove plus a private boathouse with one double and one single kayak. More kayaks (and guides) are available within a few minutes walk up the road. The Century + house has been beautifully and fully renovated.
Located within a few minutes drive to the LaHave Bakery, The Ploughman's Lunch, Crescent and Rissers beaches, and the LaHave ferry.
This is my year-round home and is rarely rented out. NOTE a cat lives here, indoor/outdoor, no litter, affectionate - he can be re-housed for your stay but if you're allergic to cats this will not be the place for you.
