As you enter Somerset Village you feel instantly relaxed. It's like going back in time. With the convenience of The Spit boat ramp only 5 minutes away for all your boating requirements. Then to return back to the village to enjoy a character filled home to make it a perfect getaway.
A spacious 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms is ideal to accommodate for 1-2 families. (Linen and towels are supplied). There is a total of 3 air conditioners for the summer months and a toasty wood fire for the winter. As well as ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and floor fans in 2 bedrooms for a comfortable nights sleep.
The front deck has a day bed to relax on and a comfortable 6 seater dining table. You see beautiful gums swaying in the breeze filled with rainbow lorikeets and cockatoos. Its nature at its finest!
The back area has a pool and tennis table for the family to enjoy and a firepit for the cooler months. A BBQ and outdoor dining table for 6 is included also.
No pets allowed
Noise curfew is 10pm to respect the neighbours in the village
Guests can use house and driveway but won't have access to garage at back for storage of boats.
Board games are for all guests as well as tennis racquets and balls situated on rack to the right as you enter house. Enjoy some quality family time.
