Bryony Cottage is a newly renovated original cottage located within a short walk to Berrima village. Stylish and cosy, Bryony Cottage has three comfortable bedrooms with luxury bed linen and a beautiful gas fireplace in the lounge room. The Cottage features an Ilve stainless steel oven and an intimate dining room that has a view to the garden. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoor areas, Bryony Cottage has a swing seat on the front verandah that overlooks the Birch trees and lawn, or take advantage of all that the backyard has to offer - outdoor dining, firepit and a large grassed area. Bryony Cottage is a peaceful cottage, tastefully decorated with a modern style that won't disappoint!
Where will I be?
Bryony Cottage enjoys an outstanding position within the Berrima township. Just one street from the centre of the historic town, you can walk to all areas of Berrima. Bowral, Moss Vale and Mittagong are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Base yourself in this idyllic village to enjoy the town or the surrounding areas. Berrima is filled with exceptional restaurants, rustic pubs, cafes, and eclectic boutiques. Bryony Cottage is only a short distance to the popular Bendooley Estate, The Stables and Berkelouw Book Barn.

Bryony Cottage is modern and well equipped and is very suitable for small groups or families of 6. The kitchen is very well appointed and there are multiple spaces where guests can unwind and enjoy their stay in this renovated cottage. The backyard with firepit and outdoor dining area is private, and the lawn area is ideal for children to enjoy.
How is the property laid out?
The driveway can be accessed through the gates. The front door is located on the west-facing front verandah. Once inside, there are two generously sized queen bedrooms on either side of the hallway. The modern bathroom with deep bath and a shower is located near these two bedrooms. In the middle of the house is the modern kitchen and lounge room with ample room for guests. Open the sliding door in the lounge room to access a private deck area with dining table. There is double bedroom located off the lounge room area. Toward the back of the house is the cosy dining room and an additional room with seating, piano and guitar for guests' use. Access the backyard through this room where there is a firepit and seating, large grassed area and additional outdoor dining table and chairs. There is an additional toilet in the house also.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The lounge/media room has a projector that displays a large image on the wall. Please bring your own account details to login to streaming services.

What about outdoors?
Bryony cottage has a beautiful backyard with firepit and outdoor dining area. There is also a two seater swing on the west-facing front verandah, as well as an additional deck area with outdoor dining area which is accessed through the lounge room. The firepit is for guest's use, and firewood is provided.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
There is a gas fireplace in the lounge room and ducted reverse cycle central heating for your comfort.
What about sheets and towels, and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property.
Parking for cars, etc?
There is parking for three cars in the driveway, or street parking is also available.

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
