Summary: It's not my first stay here and its usually a nice place to stay, good location and nice staff. This time I stayed in a solo threebed room. After a few hour I realise that I didn't have any electricity in my room and went to the reception and told them my problem. They promise to look into it and come back to me. Nobody did and because I was busy working on my computer and needed to reload it I went back to the reception. They come with a lot of stupid excuses and after a while admitted that something was broken and that I couldn't be fixet during my two night stay. It's not possible to stay in a room without electricity with only one lamp in the ceiling specially because I was working and need both my computer and my cellphone. I asked to be moved to another room or to an other hotel but got no help at all. The threaten to throw me out on the street if I didn't accept to stay in the room without electricity and I had no other option then accept it. They promise to refund the money I had payed for the room. I asked if they could take a cable from another room and first they sad no but after a few hours the lady in the reception came with a cable that connected to an other room. My problem is that no money have been refunded even after I sent them 2 message so they seems to think that its OK to first promise me to refund my money and then take the full payment for a room without electricity .

Summary: Wonderful pod type sleeping cells with plenty of storage. Staff are great, however i get the sense that since many guests are short term there is less uegency and priority to helping resolve issues between guests. For example enforcing quiet hours in rooms (i LOVE the quiet hours policy great hours chosen). Facilities fairly clean although shower needs love and there was a queue for accessible shower. Finally, premises fairly clean, but i got influenza from staying at this hostel (and i have stayed in MANY hostels with no issues) but that is more about other guests than the hostel itself. Staff good and attentive at all hours. I didnt visit bar / restaurant so i cannot review that aspect.

Summary: I really appreciated the proximity of this property to South Bank, Queens Mall, Central Station, grocery outlets and other shopping. It was not, however, on noisy streets. My bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was adequate and spotlessly clean.

Summary: It's a hostel so it was as expected. Beds were comfortable, obviously it's a shared bathroom. Breakfast was basic but plenty provided, you are expected to clear up after yourself.
Close to Central Railway Station so conveniently placed and fairly cheap for a city.
If you're happy with basic but comfortable and clean facilities then you'll be happy. If you like a few frills you won't find them here.
Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and are available around the clock, which is useful

Summary: Great location and provided a few free breakfast options.
Triple room is basic but has everything you need. Bathrooms are clean but did have to wait as there were only 2
Felt very safe and allowed luggage storage for free. Would come back!

Summary: We did have a few issues however the property did everything it could to make good on these issues. The location is fantastic, very close to Central Station and the centre of the city. The property has some lovely outdoor areas to relax in and has been tastefully renovated as well. Staff were nice and helpful, would definitely stay again!
