Closest beaches are Spoony¿s Lagoon with amazing rock pools at low tide, Little Beach and patrolled Rainbow Beach. Coffee shop, fresh bread and core supplies straight across the road. Smart TV, free WIFI, Aircon in lounge room, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Linen provided. Pet friendly on request, fully fenced yard. Port Macquarie CBD 25 minutes drive.

LAY-OUT
Single level home combines a traditional and modern features. 5 outdoor steps to reach the front door. Open plan living and kitchen, two bedrooms are down the hallway with shared bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub and vanity.
Kitchen is traditional style yet functional with new ceramic cooktop, large fridge, large pantry and all appliances you need for a comfortable stay. A new kitchen will be installed in the first half of 2021.
New furniture and bedding in master bedroom. The house received a refresh in Dec 2020. You will be one of the first guests to enjoy it! Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Large outdoor covered entertainment area in the back, and fully fenced garden.
We use a rotating pantry in which you find all basics and more, so you do not have to take every single item! Kindly share and replace.
Linen is provided, your beds are spread, so you do not have to do any chores upon arrival. Simply rock up and relax! Just bring your own beach towels.

Plenty of parking, driveway fits 2 cars easily. Free street parking.
PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST ¿ PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED
Pets are allowed with pre-approval from property manager. Responsible pet owners with their furry friend are most welcome. Just inform us about your type of pet, as a courtesy to the property owner and so we can plan ahead. No small puppies, and no cats please. Pets to be kept on the tiled areas and outdoors please, pets are not allowed on the lounges and beds. Thank you for your understanding.
