The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for a relaxation-style holiday; loud parties are prohibited. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also get their own beach towels, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can rent a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.d
