Beecheyana' is a luxury holiday house located only minutes from the beach and only 5 minutes to the Airport.
With its wide resort style deck areas which look onto the salt water pool this makes a great place for relaxing or entertaining family and friends. On the deck area there is a stainless steel BBQ and a wood fired pizza oven to help you entertain in style.
High ceilings throughout the home and lots of open spaces to catch the sea breeze. The large main bedroom wing incorporates a parent retreat which also has a full bathroom. The parents retreat and lounge/living area have air conditioning and all other bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is free WiFi at the property and the salt water pool is solar heated all year round.
Beecheyana is pet friendly – BYO pet bedding/furniture. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Pets are not allowed on property furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will incur extra cleaning fees.
Please note that there are NO garage facilities at Beecheyana however there is off street parking available for 2 vehicles.
Beecheyana is a holiday house and NOT a party house, therefore the property cannot be used for any parties or functions, schoolies celebrations, weddings or unlawful purposes. All NOISE is to cease by 9.30pm. Any disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise and barking dogs will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of your rental and forfeiture of your security bond.
Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and it is appreciated that all noise is kept to a minimum at ALL times. We have a ZERO tolerance policy to excessive noise and non-adhesion to our curfew time of 9.30pm.
