Conveniently close are two IGA's, a Bottle O bottle shop, a Servicemens club with restaurant, superb coffee at Lucky Ducks Cafe, a food takeaway, a fuel service centre and the Pear Shed arts and crafts gallery. Nearby are sandy white beaches, stunning coastal vistas, fishing, swimming, hiking, wine and whiskey tasting, bird and wildlife viewing, Tasman Cruises (a highly recommended must do!), the Tasmanian Devil Unzoo and of course the rich history of the peninsula. Port Arthur is just a short ten minutes away. Or just stay at home in very private and relaxed surroundings.
Admire the two resident Splendid Fairy Wren's from the lounge or the courtyard as they flitter in and out of the garden shrubs. In the early morning and around dusk Kangaroos come to graze on the back lawn. And in summer spot the occasional ever so cute Echidna crossing the property on its way to secret destinations.

We provide essentials such as oil, coffee, teas of various kinds and bikkies, salt and pepper and a small long life milk to get you started.
The bathroom boasts an extractor fan, heater, shower, bath and toilet. Four bath towels are provided as well as a hairdryer and body and hand soaps. For convenience there is a second toilet further along the hall.
The bedrooms are a modest size while being clean and very comfy and come with built-ins for plenty of storage space. Comfortably accommodating four people, bedroom one has a queen bed and bedrooms two and three have king singles.
The whole house has double glazed windows, the walls and ceiling are fully insulated and to be really cosy there is a fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioner.
