THE SPACE
Located a stone's throw to the beach, this beautiful holiday home will not disappoint. Bring your children, family, and friends along.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
Additional space is available in the games room downstairs which features a lounge area, TV and table tennis table.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
Please note, the shed is not for guests' use.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
