Pipe Dreams is a large family home with two large living areas with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, an open plan kitchen and dining area, as well as two expansive outdoor decks with dining tables and a BBQ.
The upper level of the home has timber ceilings and timber floors and is accessed by a feature staircase. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level, including the main bedroom which has ocean views and an ensuite. The ground floor level has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a great teenagers' retreat area with a large TV. There is also a bathroom, laundry, and a large pilates studio on the ground level. The pilates/ yoga studio that is available for use with an additional fee, has 6 yoga mats, a stationary bike trainer with Wi-Fi compatibility, 2 fit balls, ausfit torsion weights, one TRX, small Pilates balls and hand weights.
At Pipe Dreams there is off the street parking for two cars and room for one car in the garage. There is also an area for secure bicycle and surfboard storage. There is bike racking for up to nine bikes (BYO bikes).
