The space:
Allure has undergone an impressive makeover, including brand-new bathrooms, modern appliances, air-conditioning, stylish furniture, and a fresh coat of paint throughout. With unlimited high-speed Starlink internet, it’s perfect for both unplugging and staying connected. The upstairs offers spacious air-conditioned living room that flows onto a large outdoor deck with undercover BBQ and ample seating for gatherings while enjoying the stunning views. Wake in the spacious air-conditioned master bedroom featuring a water view.
Downstairs is a cozy haven with air-conditioned bedrooms and a second living area with a double bed sofa and second smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare meals and snacks and includes a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Enjoy the two elegant bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub, plus separate toilets for convenience. For your added security, Allure Beach House has security cameras outside and inside the garage.

As Guests of Allure Beach House, you have access to the Tangalooma Island Resort facilities and free activities. The resort is a short 5-minute walk down bush stairs however some guests prefer to hire a 6-8 seat golf buggy from the resort. Hiring a golf buggy enables guests to drive around the beautiful hilltop homes above the resort!
Other things to note:
A refundable security bond of $1,500.00 is required to be paid 7 days prior to arrival and will be released within 3–5 days after departure (provided no issues arise). This bond is for any incidentals, damages or breakages incurred during the stay.
All linen is supplied inclusive of bath towels. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels, sunscreen etc.
4 rolls of toilet paper are supplied per bathroom so 8 in total. Shampoo and body wash is supplied. Guests will need to supply own essential toiletries.
DOPHIN FEEDING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTY.
If bringing a 4WD, it is essential you confirm MICAT availability when booking Allure, as spaces fill quickly during peak periods. MICAT also undergoes maintenance in off-peak periods and does not operate on Wednesdays outside Queensland public school holidays.

Getting Here:
Moreton Island is easily accessed from Brisbane via the Tangalooma passenger ferry or the MICAT vehicle barge, with a travel time of approximately 75–90 minutes.
WITHOUT 4WD
Tangalooma passenger ferries run from 220 Holt St Pinkenba to Moreton Island several times a day and you can book through the resort website. Once you arrive at the Resort, a taxi can take you and your luggage to the house only a few minutes away. To arrange a taxi, please contact Tangalooma Resort Reception on (07) 3410 6000.
BY 4WD
Being the 3rd largest sand island in the world, all roads/tracks on Moreton Island are sand so the only way round is by 4WD. The MICAT is the only vehicle ferry that goes to Moreton and so it is important to book early (especially in peak holiday periods). The MICAT departs from the Port of Brisbane at Lytton and drops you off at the Tangalooma Wrecks. Allure Beach House is then a scenic 20 minute drive via Middle and Tangalooma Bypass Roads.
A valid vehicle access permit is required to drive on Moreton Island and must be displayed on your dashboard. Permits can be arranged via MICAT when booking, or through Mulgumpin Camping.
