The house is suitable for one or two couples. Please note that although you will have the house to yourself, there is no access to the master suite. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are to let.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and linen is supplied.
Situated on a private one acre, is a sandstone home with modern facilities. All rooms are large and feature panoramic views. Each living room and bedroom has views to the distant hills. The setting is private and peaceful.
The pristine surf beach with good fishing is an easy 10 minute walk and is patrolled in summer and at weekends by lifeguards from December until Easter.
One of the living areas has a billiard table for your enjoyment. There is a large LCD TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is a cook's delight, large, light and modern, with a 900mm electric stove.
There is a deep bath in the modern bathroom and a separate walk-in shower.
There is plenty of room for car and boat parking.
Strictly no pets, no smoking and no lighting of fires in the yard.
Strictly no camping on the property or use of facilities beyond the maximum number of guests allowed (4). A breach of this condition will result in immediate eviction from the property and loss of rental monies paid.
An additional cleaning charge of $100 applies if the property requires substantial cleaning.
