Yachtsman’s Paradise is the perfect holiday getaway destination for anyone wanting to enjoy the spoils of the Northern Beaches. A superb waterfront property located directly on Careel Bay looking east over towards Whale Beach and Palm Beach, the house has everything that you could want for your perfect family holiday escape.

The house is located right on the waters edge of Careel Bay. At high tide the water laps at the wall of the house. The house is set up over 3 levels. The top level which is also the entrance level of the house hosts the Master bedroom retreat and study area. There is also an ensuite as well and 2 private balconies – one looking over the swimming pool and the other looking out over Careel Bay and the boats. Lay in bed and watch the sunrise!

The middle level of the house is the heart of the house. There is a 2nd bedroom that also overlooks the water complete with an ensuite. Again the views here are superb. The open plan living/Dining/Kitchen area that flows out to the swimming pool and outdoor spa area is superb. Watching the family in the pool, cooking up a feast on the BBQ or just relaxing and taking everything in. The choice is yours.

The lower level of the house has the 3rd bedroom and also the billiard room. Sneak away in the evening for a quiet game of snooker!

The pool has a fantastic infinity edge that overlooks the boats and the water. There is also a spa to relax the muscles after a hard day at the beach. Also there is a deep water Jetty off the front of the house so if you have a boat, you can tie it up on the jetty. Otherwise a great spot for the kids to throw a fishing line in.

The house has all the comforts that you would expect in a house of this quality – NBN Wifi and Foxtel are available for those who want to keep in touch with the outside world. There is also parking for 2 cars as well in the carport.

The house is available throughout the year and is a 1- 2 week min for rentals over the Christmas/New Years period. It is not available though for any type of wedding/party/function.

Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary guest it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Check-in is made super easy with Beach Stays - we will provide access codes via text and email just prior to our standard arrival time.
