Dunsborough's exciting cafes, bars, boutiques & restaurants are a few minutes walk or cycle away either via the tree lined streets of Old Dunsborough or along the breathtaking foreshore.The home is well designed to accommodate two families, with the living area upstairs, and seating on the balcony, read while the kids watch a movie. This home is designed to allow the morning and evening light, and to capture the cool evening breezes, with air conditioning and heating throughout. A fully equipped kitchen, complements the space & comfortable sitting areas with easy access to the outdoor spaces to sit or where you can barbecue in amongst the peppi trees. Each living space has TVs with Netflix connected.The property offers two king bedrooms, a third with two king bunkbeds, and a forth bedroom with a king bed that an be made into two king singlesifwearetold. all prepared with crisp linens. The master bedroom looks out over the open area to outside with private ensuite access, located on the second level.Guests have use of the Whitesands Beach Villas grounds for a game of cricket or lawn bowls and can park their boat in the spare spaces. There is plenty of room for your boat, bikes, canoes and stretching.
