The space
Our home is situated in a quiet, hidden away pocket of Leura just moments to the fabulous Leura Mall. It is a charming cottage surrounded by stunning leafy trees and overlooking a large backyard.
It has 3 generous sized bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and 2 king single beds enough to host up to 6 guests. The dining and lounge rooms are all spacious and overlook the large deck and natural surroundings. This is a perfect atmosphere to share with friends and family.
This home is also equipped with all essential amenities including:
wifi internet
70 inch Full HD television with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime
kitchen appliances: microwave, oven, cooktop, toaster and kettle
kitchen utensils: plates, cups, spoons etc
kitchen dining table that extends to seat up to 6 guests

gas heater in living room and ceiling fans installed in every bedroom

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house with the exception of the laundry.
Although there is no access to the laundry, there is a laundromat nearby in katoomba for all wash and dry requirements.

While we are pleased to share our home with you, we respectfully request that you follow some important house rules and regulations which includes:
- that you keep noise at an acceptable level considering our neighbours. This includes complying with NSW noise regulations and overall being respectful. Breaches of these regulations could may lead to termination of your stay with your deposit not refunded.
- no parties, events or extended gathering permitted. We have a strict policy of not permitting any extended gatherings beyond the guest limit you have booked for. Any breach of this policy could lead to termination of your stay with your deposit not refunded.
- identification must be provided upon arrival (including a screenshot of your photo identification such as passport or driver license)
- no additional guests are permitted beyond the number you have applied for. For example if you booked for 5 guests, only 5 guests can on the premises during your stay.
