This is a terrific family holiday house in South Sussex. It is in a lovely quiet area and is just a short walk to the Inlet where you can fish, swim, kayak and paddle or launch your boat.
Sussex Inlet township has all you need for a holiday. A well stocked supermarket, a cinema, loads of cafes, bait and tackle shop, paddleboard and kayak hire and two local clubs and a pub for meals and entertainment. The surrounding areas are famous for surfing and the wonderful beaches are awesome for long beach walks.
The house has three very comfortable bedrooms. The 4th is set up as an extra tv room which is great for the kids, but can easily be set up for sleeping by making up the double sofa bed. The large eat in kitchen is set up for casual dining and has many modern appliances including a great De Longhi coffee maker. Aircon upstairs and ceiling fans in Beds 1 and 2 will keep you cool in summer. The house has a smart TV with plenty of lounge space and wifi is available.
Downstairs in the rear of the garage is a kitchenette which makes bbqs so very convenient. The backyard is unfenced and is adjacent to Conjola National Park.
