With enough space for 2 families this home sleeps 9. Downstairs you will find the original house that consists of 3 bedrooms, lounge room, kitchenette, bathroom & laundry. While the new extension upstairs has a large modern open plan kitchen/dining/living with ducted air & dishwasher,a master bedroom that has an ensuite with a spa bath & of course there is the huge covered deck that has more than 180 degree expansive views of the ocean & coastline or you can choose the smaller private deck.

The view can be seen from all areas upstairs, so enjoy your morning coffee & just dream about what's out beach is only 1km away, the shops & restaraunts are only 500m & Kianinny Bay is only 650m, making this home a perfect base for all of the activities you might have planned.

The owner has taken the reviews on board and has reconfigured the downstairs to make it 3 complete and private bedrooms. They have freshly painted the rooms and the kitchen is fully usable, so enjoy this beautiful home.
