Step inside and you’re welcomed by a cozy lounge area featuring TV entertainment and a retro arcade game — a fun space for the kids (and grown-ups!) to enjoy. There’s also a great selection of movies for the kids to keep them entertained rain or shine.
Just beyond is a downstairs bedroom, fitted with a double bed and bunk beds, along with its own TV and drawer storage — ideal for a kids' zone or shared sleeping space. Across the hall is the combined laundry and bathroom, with a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, offering convenience for days spent in and out of the backyard or off the boat.
Climb the stairs and be greeted by panoramic views of the water and a light-filled open-plan living area. The modern kitchen is stocked with everything you need and offers ample bench space for meal prep, drinks, and entertaining.
