The Space:

Enjoy the incredible sunsets and star gazing from the wrap around deck and from the enormous windows in the lounge, dining and 2 of the bedrooms.
Reliable WiFi - perfect to take a long wekend and work from here!
The generous lounge is light and bright with large windows for guests to relax & unwind with a lookout from the comfort of the couch.
There is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with loads of bench space for meal prep & island bench for family and friends to mill around and chat. The bar and dining (comfortably seats 8 guests) overlooks rolling hills out to Waratah Bay - pick up some local produce and host a dinner party!
Two wood Fireplaces with limited wood provided to stay cosy in winter.
Additional firewood can be purchased from Fish Creek service station.
Accommodation is taken care of by three generous sized bedrooms, a Queen bed in the master suite with BIR's & large ensuite.
Bedroom two has a Queen bed + the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 single floor mattresses that can be utilised for 2 more guests if needed.

Bedding is provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels.

You have use of the entire house and 2.5 acre property.
Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys.

Peaceful location on a quiet country road, overlooking farmland with expansive views out to Waratah Bay.
Close to Wilsons Prom - 25 Minutes to the entry gates. Hike for the day and return to a beautiful, spacious home with views for the evening. Favourites include - Oberson Summit, Three Bays, Lilly Pilly Gully and exploring Tidal River.
10 minute drive to Fish Creek Pub, cafe, art galleries and Great Southern Rail Trail.
10 minute drive to family friendly Sandy Point beach, Shallow inlet where you can indulge in your love of fishing, Waratah Hills Winery, Gurneys Cidery.
20 minutes to Walkerville North and South beaches & the Cape Liptrap Lighthouse.
25 minutes to Foster and 20 minutes further to Agnes Falls.
Car is Essential
Getting Around:
Fish Creek is a small country town featured on the ABC TV SHOW 'Backroads' and plays host to the Tea Cosy Festival and Fishy Stories - Festival of Childrens Stories.
Cars are required to get around if you wish to explore the nearby beaches, country side and surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
