There are so many ways to enjoy your stay, Throw your towel over your shoulder as you stroll to the beach or lake for a morning swim, SUP board, pop- up yoga class or water ski..... or perhaps start your day with breakfast and great coffee at the Cuddy Cafe where you can also buy essentials and papers etc .....or you can swing past the pop-up mobile coffee vans on your way to & from the beach or walks along the many local bush trails. Or you could cycle or drive to Sussex Inlet to visit the supermarket, shops, cafes, cinema, clubs, pub or boatshed (hire a boat or SUP), golf course and public boat slipways and jetties.
After a day exploring and enjoying the local area, you can kick back, settle in and make yourself at home in the sundrenched back garden and undercover BBQ area while watching the kids enjoy the secure, grassed backyard. The open plan family room with dining & kitchen area contains two leather lounges, a six- seater dining suite, smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen has a 90cm S/S upright cooker with gas burners and electric oven and overhead exhaust fan, plenty of stone bench space and storage cupboards plus microwave, coffee machine and all cooking, kitchenware and utensils.
Wooden floorboards flow throughout the house with gas heating and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms to keep you comfortable during winter and summer. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two singles and one double bed. The north facing, sun-filled rumpus room has 2 & 3 seater leather lounges, full length windows, TV and leads out to a large secure and grassed back garden with undercover BBQ area and fernery. There is a large laundry outside and a classic hills hoist clothesline in the backyard. Perfect to throw towels and wet gear to dry when back from the beach!
Parking is available on site and there is plenty of street parking if you plan on bringing your boat.
