The space
This light filled, north facing beachcomber style property is located on a quiet suburban cul de sac and gives off some serious holiday vibes.
Enjoy a wine from the north facing balcony as you ponder your weekend plans. The front and back yard provide plenty of room for the kids to play tag and the dogs to run around.
The house is well equipped for cooking up a storm either in the kitchen, or in the backyard on the Weber. If you're in holiday mode and cooking isn't at the top of your mind, the Mollymook Bowling club is only a five minute walk, or you may choose some fine dining options such as Bannisters Pavillion and Gwylo are also in walking distance. Takeaway and pizza and ribs from the local south Mollymook shops are also a great option and a comfortable two minute drive away.
If you choose to take a short drive the renowned Cupitt’s Estate for wine tastings, or Milton for its grand selection of restaurants and breakfast haunts are less than 10 minutes.
The comfortable sofas' provide a great place to lie down after time spent at the beach. Speaking of beaches, Mollymook beach is a 10 minute walk, north of Mollymook beach is Narrawallee beach that is dog friendly during dedicated times (morning and afternoon), and to the South of Mollymook beach is the 24 hour dog friendly Collar's beach. You can't go wrong with options to catch a magnificent sunrise or sunset.

- Up to two pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
-Pets must be supervised at all times and not be left alone in the residence or backyard.
- Given the peacefulness of the neighbourhood and street, no parties, bucks or hens are permitted.
-This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels, but does not record noise or sounds. The host will be notified is noise gets too loud.
-During heavy rain some ants may appear. If you fear ants then consider booking this place during periods when heavy rain is not forecast.
