The house is decorated to compliment the Art Deco style of the house, offering three beautiful and spacious bedrooms and a fourth room with a double bed.
Ground floor has an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen facing a bright dining area seating 10, with full views of the lake through the curved bay windows. There is access from the ground floor to the curved balcony with BBQ and seating. A third bedroom with Queen size bed and the fourth room with a Double bed facing the back of the property share a shower room and toilet.
Internal stairs lead to the boat shed, housing a small boat and fishing gear, as well as double fridge and shower/ toilet room. From here there is direct access to the front lawn and private jetty.
Upstairs has two large double bedrooms, sharing bath/shower room, facing the back of the property. The lounge room contains tv and seating. It is bright and has amazing views of the lake along with air conditioning.

The many facilities of nearby Warners Bay, reached by a 20 min walk or short drive by car, include a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as kids playground, activity centre and long pedestrian/cyclist walkway along the water.
A short drive takes you to a selection of patrolled surf beaches, salt water pools, nature reserves and shopping malls.
