Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment was centrally located, and comfortable, though basic. We would stay again, however we did have some significant concerns.

Negative: 1. Because we booked via booking.com, links requesting identification, key collection details, key return was not received. This caused unnecessary concern, and serious follow-ups. 2. Key collection and return is 800mtrs from the apartment. Limited parking is available at the collection location. 3. Only 1 key/fob is provided. As the fob is required to access all parts of the building, including lifts, it requires unnecessary additional planning where multiple guests need to access separately. 4. The apartment smelt musty, even when windows were left open during the day. This is due, I believe from bad condensation on the windows, which occurs in cooler weather where the heater is being used. 5. No information provided regarding rubbish disposal.
