The Space:
The heart of the house is the first floor open plan living space with a large fully-equipped open kitchen with lots of natural light and huge kitchen island overlooking two dining areas and a lounge area with TV and floor to ceiling glazed doors opening onto the rear deck and luxurious heated plunge pool. The pool is heated to 37 deg and has modern mineral treatment rather than the usual harsh chemicals. The rear deck has sheltered alfresco dining, BBQ, sun lounges and chairs perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning light and listening to peaceful birdsong. Beyond is the enclosed back yard with lovely green lawn and native trees.
Also on the first floor is a cinema room with loads of comfy seating and large flatscreen TV with Netflix. Past the main living area you will find two bedrooms, one with Queen bed, the other with two sets of King Single Bunk beds; and the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and has access to the back yard and clothes line. With central heating and cooling, free wifi access, all bedding, linen and towels provided, coffee pod machine and pantry stocked with all the basics, this house has everything you need for a comfortable, no fuss holiday.
The very spacious Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has very comfortable Queen bed, WIR, TV, and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Just off the spacious entry hall is the fourth bedroom with two King Single beds.
In an ideal location in a quiet street only a 3 km drive to the very popular Blairgowrie Village with all your fresh food and produce needs, cafes and boutique retail outlets, and the Rye shopping centre with boutique clothing stores and supermarket.
There is also a two car garage and plenty of space to park a boat.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings.
