There is a firepit as well by the waterfall, perfect for Winter nights.

ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. This will be sent 2 weeks before check-in.
*This is strictly a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWELVE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toSIXpeople. No more than a maximum of EIGHTEENpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
* All children must be monitored at all times around the pond area. The booking holder and their party agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any accidents leading to injury or death.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. However we only allow pets weighing up to 10kg. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection.
- Please do not allow your pets to go on the furniture.
- Please keep your pets leashed at all times outside as the property is not fully fenced.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject toapproval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

*Please note, this home has 4 security cameras. All are located on the exterior roofing around the property. Rest assured it does not invade your privacy in any way as it cannot see into the home itself. We just want to make sure that the home is safe as well as any guest that stays here!
*The 2 king beds upstairs can convert into 2 singles. Please let us know upon booking if you wish them to be split.
*The home has 2 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms.
