If you were fortunate enough to experience the beach as a young person then you will never forget the sound and smell of the ocean, the warmth of the sand, the starry nights and maybe even your first kiss. It's a memory that's refreshed each time you return to the beach - its a memory that never grows old.
Soak in the sparkling views of Jervis Bay, watch the whales and dolphins at play, or take a stroll down to ‘the whitest sand in the world’. Perhaps, play a game of croquet on the grass terrace, or curl up with a book on the comfy lounge. The Terrace Apartment at Hyams Beach Bed and Breakfast accommodation is nestled in the heart of Hyams Beach village – directly across from Hyams Beach’s famously quaint café and general store.
The apartment consists of a large living area, dining area, bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite and separate service area where light meals can be prepared. For those cosy winter evenings we have heating in winter and ceiling fans for those long summer days.The apartment has recently been purpose built with beautiful french doors opening out to a lawn terrace. Polished floorboards and plantation shutters will set the mood for a fantastic holiday atmosphere.
The Cooked Goose cafe (formally The Hyams Beach Cafe ) - just across the road has the best coffee, breakfasts and home cooked treats. You can sleep in, go for an early run or maybe a quick swim in the Bay as breakfast is served until 11.00am. The Cafe is also opened for dinner Friday and Saturday nights throughout the summer months. The kitchenette is for light meals only, although you will have your own large fridge, dishwasher and microwave along with all crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is also a BBQ just near your entrance

Check in is between 2.00pm-10.00pm and checkout for midweek and peak holiday periods is 10.00am but for weekend bookings, checkout is Noon.
Public transport is limited so a car is highly recommended. We offer free designated off street parking on our property. By car, we are 2.5 hrs from Sydney and Canberra.

Jervis Bay is a marine national park and Hyams Beach is surrounded by a national park so there is no end to what you can do and what you can discover. Whether it is a bush walk hugging the coast, dolphin and whale watching, sea kayaking or swimming in the turquoise waters of the Bay. Although it is hard to tear yourself away from Hyams Beach you can browse the bric a brac shops in Milton, have lunch at a vineyard in Berry or watch a movie at the historic Huskisson movie theatre. As your hosts we value your privacy but are very happy to help where we can in letting you know about the area and what there is to do.
