Breathtaking Ocean Views
The Sea Apartment has been totally renovated, styled and decorated with seaside flair.
Located in the iconic Kalimna apartment complex on Mountjoy parade, with breathtaking views of Loutitt Bay, you will feel at home. Our apartment has one undercover parking spot. Once you have parked the car, you wont need it during your stay as everything is within walking distance.
There are two bedrooms, with pure linen, doona covers and throws for a cold night. All the bedrooms have builtin robes with hanging space, extra pillows and blankets if it gets cold.
The lounge room features a modular couch, large flat screen TV, Norwegian style dining table and 6 chairs (in case you invite someone for dinner). There are glass sliding doors that open onto a fabulous deck, with table and chairs for an alfresco afternoon aperitif enjoying the view.
We have hidden a few essentials in the cupboard (microwave, toaster, and cleaning equipment). The kitchen is fully equipped. The Kalimna Apartment faces North and therefore is bright and light!
If you would like to invite parents or parents in law, but want to give them (and you ! ) a bit of space, a Hotel Room at La Perouse is close by and available for short stays all year round. The women at La Perouse serve a set breakfast daily between 8 - 10am Parisian style on the terrace if you would like to join them (bookings essential).

PLEASE NOTE - There is parking located opposite the apartment on the service road or behind the apartment and there are stairs from the rear carpark to the entrance.
