The house is open-plan living and dining, with a large rear deck for dining and lounging. There is also a separate outdoor dining area at the front of the property. Parking for multiple cars is available on the grass lot adjoining the property. Please note you do not require a national parks pass for your vehicle if you park at the property or anywhere in neighbouring Bundeena. If you plan to visit and park at the many beaches and hiking trails throughout the Royal National Park you will need to purchase a Parks Pass online or at a toll booth within the Park.
