Upstairs, the open plan well equipped kitchen, dining (seating for 8-10) and lounge room open up to the deck and take in the spectacular views. On this level you'll also find 3 bedrooms (two with Queen Beds and a third with 2 sets of bunks).
Downstairs you'll find a fourth master bedroom with Queen Bed plus sparkling ensuite and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
A great feature of the property is the separate teenagers' retreat / rumpus room with lounge, TV/DVD, table tennis table, books and games. Another plus is a large grassed backyard (a rare commodity in Fairhaven), with plenty of room for that backyard cricket or footy match or for the kids to play and explore.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
