Summary: House requires a lot of maintenance. Wasp nest outside so could not enjoy verandah sitting, ants in house, bathrooms and pantry which invaded our food. Large spider under stairs which caused concern. Dishwasher was filthy with old food scraps, aircon broken and linen cupboards messy and blankets musky and smelt. If it wasn't for the great location we would never consider returning.
