With a contemporary floorplan, there is a natural flow that seamlessly connects the interiors with the undercover deck areas and out to the surrounding tropical gardens and the swimming pool. Each of the bedrooms possess a sense of tranquillity, featuring arches defined by tall white plinths and an abundance of natural light and fresh sea breezes.
The modern kitchen features all the contemporary conveniences you would expect, with the addition of a large, commercial-size cool room. There is a spacious separate dining and living room, plus there are several al-fresco dining and entertainment options.
The 12-metre, salt-water swimming pool is framed at one end by a stylish pavilion space that houses the seventh bedroom with its own spa bath and a Western Red Cedar sauna/steam room. The eight-people sauna is designed to operate as a rock salt sauna or as a steam sauna, depending on your preference.
The established garden features a variety of tropical palms, colourful Poincianas, as well as an abundance of mango, avocado, lychee, citrus and native fruit trees, plus there is also a self-sustaining vegetable and herb garden.
There is spacious undercover storage and parking for up to 4 cars, plus there is an abundance of sealed driveway space at Magnolia Palace for additional vehicles.
