The Canopy is a stunning property situated on the waterfront reserve at Pretty Beach. Almost every room has180-degree water views.It provides spacious, clean and very modern accommodation for quiet weekends away for the family or mature couples.
With complete wheelchair access, the lift is available on request. Warm open fireplace for the winter months as well as split system air conditioning.
The house features a large open plan living and entertaining area that spills out onto a very large north facing sheltered deck with beautiful views across the water. There is a gas BBQ, table and chairs suitable for relaxing or casual entertaining
The upstairs spacious open plan living area has an open fireplace with a gourmet kitchen/dining area whichis fully equipped and has an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
The downstairsliving rumpus room contains oneset of extra bunk beds to cater for up to 10 guests, a kitchenette, T.V DVD collection, ping pong table, foosball table andan outside covered area.

There is a large grassed garden downstairsplus a deck overlooking a magnificent waterfront view, with access down to the waterfront reserve walking track linking Killcare, Hardys Bay and Pretty Beach. There is ample off-street parking and a double carport.
Things to Do:
Take a bushwalk along the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach.
Swim at the patrolled Killcare Beach and grab some lunch at the surf club cafe
The Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Walk to and enjoy our localcafes and restaurants.
Bedding configuration: 1 x King, 1 x Queen, 2 x singles (which can be made into a king bed)and 2 x king single bunkbeds (please note the bunkbeds will only be made on request)

No More Than 10 Guests(Maximum of 8Adults only and up to 10guests including children) permitted to stay atThe Canopy at Pretty Beachunless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests Must Not byo any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
No Parties or Events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. Should there be ongoing noise disruption, oursecurity company will becalled to the property. Ifthey deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive itwill result in asecurity call out fee of$500 and possibleeviction.
Pets - Not allowed
Linen, Towels and Cleaningservices areincluded as part of thecleaning fee.
Credit Card Pre-Authorisation (Refundable) is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the Pre-Authorisation amount.
Smokingon the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur anadditional cleaning fee.Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption
