The huge, fully equipped kitchen is a central feature of the home. Entertaining and cooking unravels with ease in this space. Pantry staples are provided for guests to use. Windows that slide back to make the indoor and outdoor space become one are a highlight which creates great ambiance. A massive dining table ensures that everyone can congregate with conversations and yummy food enjoyed by all. Polished concrete flooring and exposed internal red brick make this home warm and inviting. The home is tastefully furnished to make you feel as though you are on a true ‘getaway’.
The house is cleverly designed as an open plan living however, there are plenty of options within this home to find a place to retreat. There are 4 ‘lounge’ areas indoors and 4 deck areas outdoors for you to relax. The two internal fireplaces are ready for you to snuggle near if the weather is cool. You may choose to curl up and read a good book in the window nook near the fire.
The king-sized main bedroom with ensuite is surrounded by garden and farmland views with sliding door access direct to outdoors. Two bedrooms are equipped with doubled bunks which look out onto the yard with pool views. The queen room is tucked on the opposite side with a window to the garden. The house has beds to sleep 8 but could easily sleep up to 12. The home has 4 showers, one of which is outdoors, 2 toilets and a large laundry space.
Whilst at the ‘Bluff Retreat’ you can enjoy both the hustle and bustle a small town coastal holiday destination has to offer as well as the tranquillity and sense of peace this property provides. A 20 minute walk through the Screw Creek Nature trail will take you through to the inlet waters and present you with some good coffee spot options. A 7-minute drive, which takes you through the town, will find you enjoying the beautiful surf beach to surf swim and play. If Wilsons Promontory is on your radar an easy hour drive, through gorgeous country towns, will take you to the gates of the park. Activities at your fingertips include fishing, kayaking, surfing, swimming, and bike riding. The location of this property is really one to be sought after.
