Summary: My husband, I and our 9 month old son recently stayed at the Bails for four nights for our first family holiday together. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer, We loved every minute of it! As soon as we drove down the driveway and saw the view we felt so lucky to be staying there. The house itself is well thought out with all of the comforts and convenience of home (kitchen, laundry, Netflix, comfy couch, two bathrooms!) with a massive improvement on the view to what we have at home! Ian the property owner was very friendly and easy to contact via phone for any queries we had / advice about the local area as well! Our highlights from our stay were definitely the plunge pool and enjoying the serenity and taking in the view from the balcony. At nighttime we enjoyed BBQ dinners on the deck and watching the sunset go down over the hills to the sound of the birdsong. Bangalow itself is such a cute little country town with interesting shops (boutiques, homewares, antiques) as well as a number of eateries - we didn’t have a chance to explore everywhere but what we saw we loved! Being only 15 minute drive to Byron Bay was great to head to the beach and look around Byron too without being in the thick of it as we wanted a bit of peace and quiet with the baby. We were so sad to leave and hope we will be able to return one day shortly! Thank you for an amazing stay :)
