Coastal beauty and country charm combine to create the best of both worlds in the picturesque seaside town of Coronet Bay. A colourful outlook across neighbouring farmland reaches beyond to Phillip Island, French Island, and the spectacular sunsets across Western Port Bay. The house is set in an elevated position and features a wraparound balcony, soaring cathedral timber ceilings, polished timber floors, and an historical staircase relocated from Melbourne.
Floor to ceiling windows in the main living area guarantee beautiful views during all seasons. The open plan living, dining and kitchen have a warm rustic appeal, featuring cosy furnishings, a family size dining room, a huge selection of board and Xbox 360 games, arcade machine, DVD’s, Daikin electric heating and cooling, a TV, and direct access to the extensive balcony. The timber kitchen is equipped with gas hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, a pantry, and bench seating.
Three spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably accommodate a family of 8. On the downstairs level are 2 bedrooms with BIRs, and a family bathroom with a separate toilet. There is a sofa bed located in the living room. The sprawling master bedroom is located on the top level and includes a parent’s retreat, WIR, a rural outlook, plus an ensuite.
The beach at Coronet Bay is a flat 1km walk, while a drive to Phillip Island will take about 15 minutes. There is sufficient room in the driveway for 4 cars, or 2 cars and a boat. Please note that the driveway is slightly elevated. Escape to Coronet Bay and enjoy the regions wineries, cheeses, fishing, beaches, and country life by the sea.
