Throughout the house there is gas central heating, polished timber floorboards, three reverse cycle air conditioner, outdoor kids play equipment, an outdoor shower, BBQ, games, books DVD's and all this is situated on a large block with a double carport with electric gates.
Only a quick stroll to the beautiful Jan Juc surf beach,Bells Beach Hotel, cafes, shops and medical facilities and only minutes to parks and recreation areas.
