Bondi Beach Studio is a modern top-floor studio with newly renocated kitchen and air-conditioning only minutes from Bondi Beach. The studio comes with a car space onsite exclusively for our guests.
The studio comes with a comfortable queen sized bed plus a double sized sofa bed (the latter is appropriate for kids rather than adults). We also have a kitchenette and internal washer/dryer.
The Space:
This large sun-soaked and over-sized studio makes for an easy-breezy comfortable and modern launching pad in the hub of Bondi. The studio is positioned on the top floor of a highly regarded modern apartment complex complete with lift, air-conditioning, newly renovated kitchen, private sheltered terrace and parking. It offers a relaxed and bright secure sanctuary to suit couples, a professional relocating, or a small family looking to experience and enjoy a beachside holiday.
The appealing pad combines the private and tranquil atmosphere of a beachside lifestyle with the famed buzz of Bondi's Hall St café precinct. This centrally positioned haven serves up the best of Bondi on a sunny platter being less than 2 minutes walk to the beach itself. Buses depart to the city and Bondi Junction regularly via a bus stop that’s a one-minute walk from your front door.
Guests will love the relaxed and sunny feel of this studio with a modern and stylish interior. It is the perfect spot to return to after a day enjoying the delights of the trendy beachside suburb of Bondi.
There is always something fun and interesting happening in and around Bondi every day and night of the week. Restaurants and bookshops are buzzing, even on a Monday night in mid-winter. It feels like living in a holiday location; pack your bags and come and experience it for yourself!

The whole top floor studio is yours to use as your own. Towels and sheets, hand and body wash, shampoo/conditioner included.
Inside the studio, the open-plan living provides a comfortable sofa with a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix provided by your host. The kitchen is newly renovated with cooktop, stove, dishwasher and a full-size fridge.
The studio has a queen-size bed and a double-sized pull out sofa bed, with all linen provided. The sofa bed is suitable for children.
The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower and all basic toiletries, bath and beach towels are also provided.
The studio has a combined washer and dryer and external washing line for your convenience.
