Situated in South Sussex just a short walk away from Pelican Shores Marina this comfortable 3 bedroom house is where memories will be made. Have a morning coffee on the north-east facing front deck, walk down to the Marina and put in a kayak or stand up paddle board for a lovely paddle or take your boat out for a day's exploring or fishing on the famous Sussex Inlet.
There is a large backyard for the kids to run around in or for all the family to join in a game of tennis ball cricket.
Equipped with modern appliances, wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning, no matter what the weather, you will have a comfortable house to come back to after a great day out on the South Coast.
