Su-Jo is a collection of 8 contemporary villas located in an elevated pocket of Ulladulla on Mollymook’s doorstep.
Each villa is a spacious family friendly 3-bedroom ensuite villa with double garage and all the comforts of home but a coastal address.
Villa 5 is one of four villas spread across two levels which enjoy sneaky views to either Pigeon House Mountain or the ocean.
The first floor is open plan living with entertainers kitchen, gorgeous 6-8 seater dining table and lounge setting which includes a 3 seater lounge, ottoman and coffee table nest as well as a 65inch Samsung smart TV. Wi-fi provided.
The entertainers kitchen boasts a huge island bench to gather around or serve Christmas lunch from, integrated bins, a full-size dishwasher and Franke induction cooktop and electric oven. All cookware, tableware and drinkware is provided.
Enjoy your meals on the large North-West balcony deck or a morning coffee (freshly brewed from the Nespresso coffee machine) looking toward the harbour on the South-East facing deck.
You will find the main ensuite bedroom on the first floor. The main ensuite bedroom offers a gorgeous queen bed with balcony deck access and built-in wardrobe. The ground floor second and third bedrooms offer a split king bed (configured as either two long single beds or one king bed) with access to the landscaped rear garden and built-in wardrobe.
The ensuite and bathroom are beautifully appointed with full height tiling and twin showers for that luxurious shower experience. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and bath time for the kids is easy with a hand shower over the bath.
A European-style laundry is neatly integrated into the hallway on the ground floor and includes a front load washing machine, drying rack and tub.
A separate powder room is also provided on the ground floor as is the double garage with internal access.
This villa is split level and has one flight of stairs.
Su-Jo is pet friendly (clarification, dog friendly) and this villa is dog friendly with a private enclosed garden. Whilst we love your four-legged friends we kindly ask that if you bring your dog to Su-Jo that your dog is toilet trained, supervised at all times, friendly and doesn’t leave traces of dog (i.e. no fur or hair, odours etc) inside the villa. We also ask that you keep your dog off the furniture and beds and dispose of poos thoughtfully before check out.
