Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged. $200.
***Please Note*** due to being an apartment complex there is a no party policy and noise needs to be kept to minimum after 10pm, non-compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and will result in a $500 fee. Please consider other places if this is your intention. We also have a no smoking/vaping policy within the apartments both indoors and out. Non-compliance will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
